Have You Hired Professionals to Work For Your Business?

All businesses need some type of professional service provider for the running, recording, or reporting of their business. Your CPA records your year for the IRS, your HR department keeps your employees records, and you keep your head above water
while everyone else works for you. But do they really?

What should you expect from the people you hire? Consider the following:

  1. Will they recommend your business to their clients?
  2. Will they use your business for their business or personal needs?
  3. Have you asked them these questions?

It has been my experience that most business service providers do not recommend other businesses simply because they were not asked to do so. Discuss this with your CPA, banker, lawyer, or financial representative and see if they will recommend you. They certainly know your business and a recommendation from them can be a very valuable referral.
